At Morocco Glipmse, we are dedicated to providing exceptional travel experiences through our carefully curated tours. Please note that all bookings made through our platform are non-refundable. Once a tour is booked and payment is completed, the transaction is considered final.
Tour Packages: All tours offered through Morocco Glipmse are non-refundable after confirmation. This applies to all day tours, multi-day excursions, and private tours.
Pricing Variations: The prices of our tours are subject to change depending on the number of participants. The final price will be confirmed at the time of booking based on the number of people in your group. Once the booking is confirmed, any changes to the group size will not result in a price adjustment or refund.
Cancellations: Customers may cancel their bookings; however, cancellations will not result in a refund. You may reschedule your tour, subject to availability, by contacting our customer support team at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour date. Additional fees may apply for rescheduling.
Modifications to Group Size: If the number of participants in your group changes after the booking is confirmed, we cannot issue a refund for the price difference. Likewise, if the group size increases, additional charges will apply, and these must be paid prior to the tour date.
In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, or government-mandated restrictions (e.g., travel bans), your tour may be postponed or canceled. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule your tour at no additional cost. No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to these exceptional circumstances, but we will make every effort to offer alternative solutions or travel credits for future bookings.
We highly recommend that customers purchase travel insurance that may cover unforeseen circumstances, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or disruptions. Morocco Glipmse is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by external factors beyond our control.
Chargebacks: Attempting a chargeback after booking a tour is a violation of our terms and conditions. If a chargeback is initiated, Morocco Glipmse reserves the right to take necessary action, including blocking future bookings and pursuing legal recourse.
Dispute Resolution: If you are dissatisfied with the service provided during your tour, we encourage you to contact our support team. While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to working with our partners to resolve issues and improve your experience.
